What is Orthodontics?

Orthodontics is the correction of your smile by moving the natural teeth themselves from their original position into a new one.

The teeth are moved using removable or fixed braces which allow precise movement of the teeth.

Modern braces are a far cry from the “traditional” braces of old and can now be coloured, clear or invisible.  In addition, the most technologically advanced wires are used greatly increasing the speed of treatment whilst decreasing discomfort.
