Julie Clark - Practice Manager
Julie is our invaluable practice manager and has worked with us since September 2009. Julie's role is to support our team and to ensure that quality of care is continuous throughout your patient journey. Please contact Julie if you have any comments or suggestions about your visits.
Our Orthodontic Therapists, Sarah and Kerryl, treat patients independently under the prescription of our Orthodontists in the provision of all aspects of orthodontic treatment.

Sarah joined Lincoln Orthodontics in August 2012 as part of the clinical team. As a qualified Orthodontic Therapist, Sarah treats patients independently under the prescription of both of our orthodontists in the provision of all aspects of orthodontic treatment. Prior to Sarah joining Lincoln Orthodontics in August 2012 she was a part of the dental team within the RAF for 8 years as a dental hygienist, where she won the RAF prize for Clinical Excellence in 2004. During her time with the RAF Sarah experienced overseas tours to Australia and Germany. She is married with 2 children and, in her spare time sings with the Military Wives Choir. Sarah qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist at Warwick.

Emily gained her dental degree from Newcastle University in 2006 and then progressed to a three-year specialist training post in Orthodontics at Lincoln County Hospital and Sheffield Dental Hospital, enabling her to join the GDC Specialist List for Orthodontics. Keen to further her knowledge and skills, Emily then went on to complete further training in the management of complex orthodontic cases (cleft and jaw surgery patients) allowing her to attain her Intercollegiate Surgical Fellowship Examination in Orthodontics (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh). Emily has since taken up a post at Lincoln County Hospital as a part-time Consultant Orthodontist, alongside being a Specialist Orthodontist here at Lincoln Orthodontics where she revels in the intricacies of perfecting people’s smiles. Emily is always striving for clinical excellence and employs a wealth of innovative orthodontic techniques including aesthetic brackets, Invisalign, miniscrews and protraction facemask to obtain the best results possible for her patients based on current evidence. When not in work she enjoys cycling, snowboarding and baking with her children.
Kerryl Chadwick - Orthodontic Therapist

Kerryl joined Lincoln Orthodontics as a dental nurse in November 2010. With over 13 years experience of the dental profession, Kerryl gained additional skills within paediatric dentistry and special needs dental clinics. Under the mentorship of Dr Clare, Kerryl has undergone extensive additional training through The Royal College of Surgeons, Leeds, to qualify as an Orthodontic Therapist.
Our orthodontic nurses play a crucial role assisting the orthodontists throughout orthodontic treatment. As orthodontics is a specialist area within dentistry, all our nurses have come to us with many years' experience and are fully registered with the GDC. In addition, many also hold extra qualifications to enable them to carry out their role within Lincoln Orthodontics. Our nurses are a lively, happy team and we hope that throughout your treatment with us you will get to know them well as they provide support and care to you during your visits.
Pat Little - Clinic Co-ordinator

Pat is an experienced and highly motivated dental nurse and joined the team in October 2013 bringing with her over 21 years of experience, including 12 years with the RAF. As Clinic Co-ordinator, Pat ensures the smooth running of all our clinics and oversees the dental nurse team and the continuity of patient care at the practice.
Amy Newton - Infection Control Lead

Amy has been a part of the clinical team as a dental nurse since July 2015. With effect from September 2016 Amy also took on the important role of Infection Control Lead. In this role Amy becomes our link with the NHS and ensures that our infection control systems are maintained at the highest standards.
Vicky Ison - Orthodontic Nurse

Vicky joined Lincoln Orthodontics in November 2006. Since that time she has always been a significant member of the team. Since joining the practice Vicky has acquired an extensive knowledge of orthodontic nursing, enabling her to successfully qualify as an Orthodontic Nurse, as well as attaining her oral health educator certificate with merit.
Alison Humphreys - Dental Nurse

Having worked in the dental profession for 15 years, Alison joined Lincoln Orthodontics in September 2007. She is one of the few nurses in the country who is calibrated in the use of PAR index. This is a nationally recognised qualification enabling Alison to assess the quality of our treatment finishes.
Alana Holmes - Dental Nurse

Alana joined Lincoln Orthodontics with 6 years previous experience. Since joining our clinical team she has proven herself to be a very conscientious and enthusiastic dental nurse and team member.
Carla Duarte - Dental Nurse

Carla has had many years of experience as a dental nurse both in Portugal and in the UK where she now resides. Since joining our clinical team in April 2016 Carla has shown a very caring nature and continues to build on her dental experience and skills.
Stacey Everton - Dental Nurse

Stacey joined Lincoln Orthodontics in June 2016 with a desire to further her career as a dental nurse. She has brought with her an excellent background of experience and complements the high standards required by the practice.
Jemma Fletcher - Orthodontic Nurse
Jemma has 12 years of dental nursing experience and joined our team in April 2011, bringing enthusiasm to her role. In her previous position Jemma was infection control liaison and these skills have transferred well to Lincoln Orthodontics.
Your first point of contact with the practice will be with our reception team who have a wonderfully efficient and friendly manner. We have two receptionists, a new patient co-ordinator and two treatment co-ordinators. Whether you are a new or an existing patient, our reception team will be there to help you with bookings and to make you feel welcome as you arrive for your appointments.
Ann-Marie Cox - Senior Receptionist
Ann-Marie has been with the practice since October 2007 and is now our senior receptionist. Her role consists of administration duties, helping with the management of our new patients and over-seeing the reception area. She has a wonderful, bubbly personality, which you will hear when talking to her on the telephone. Ann-Marie's accumulated knowledge and experience helps her to be a valuable source of information and advice to our patients.
Rachel Hetherington - Receptionist
Rachel joined the Lincoln Orthodontics team in September 2013. She is a highly efficient receptionist and is very helpful and friendly to all our patients, making everyone feel special. Rachel will greet you with a smile on your arrival and help you with your future bookings.
Amanda Tasker - New Patient Co-ordinator
When you first make enquiries about orthodontic treatment it will be Amanda who will contact you initially and help to arrange your first appointment with one of our Treatment Co-ordinators. Amanda joined Lincoln Orthodontics in June 2015 bringing with her a wealth of admin experience. She is very friendly and highly organised and loves making contact with our potential new patients.
Your initial appointment will be with one of our Treatment Co-ordinators. It is their role to advise our patients on our range of treatments and financial options. They will guide you through those early days, providing you with information and support, to enable you to make informed decisions.
Amanda Whitehead - Treatment Co-ordinator
Amanda joined the practice in September 2013 and is very friendly and approachable. She comes from a financial background where she worked for over 16 years. In her spare time Amanda enjoys amateur dramatics.
Sarah Deacon - Treatment Co-ordinator
Sarah came to Lincoln Orthodontics in May 2016 from a senior position in the caring industry. Sarah will happily listen and help you with all the information you need.
