We have become very aware that, when our patients call us at Lincoln Orthodontics, the line is often busy.  Our 2 receptionists are often dealing face-to-face with patients or taking other calls, and we have come to realise that your wait to leave a message is too long.

Since we always strive to provide the highest standard of service, this is not what we want for our new and existing patients.  So, we have spent time looking at new phone options and will be introducing an improved system very soon.

Our new phone system will provide a streamlined service to all callers.  We are a busy practice but, if our 2 lovely receptionists are busy when you call, we want to ensure that you are able to access our message facilities quickly and easily.

Both our receptionists are diligent at returning calls, so do please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message.  Ann-Marie or Rachel will call you back as soon as they become free.
