We have become very aware that, when our patients call us at Lincoln Orthodontics, the line is often busy.\u00a0 Our 2 receptionists are often dealing face-to-face with patients or taking other calls, and we have come to realise that your wait to leave a message is too long.<\/p>\n
Since we always strive to provide the highest standard of service, this is not what we want for our new and existing patients.\u00a0 So, we have spent time looking at new phone options and will be introducing an improved system very soon.<\/p>\n
Our new phone system will provide a streamlined service to all callers.\u00a0 We are a busy practice but, if our 2 lovely receptionists are busy when you call, we want to ensure that you are able to access our message facilities quickly and easily.<\/p>\n
