Julie is our invaluable practice manager and has worked with us since September 2009. Julie's role is to support our team and to ensure that quality of care is continuous throughout your patient journey. Please contact Julie if you have any comments or suggestions about your visits.
Our Orthodontic Therapists, Sarah and Kerryl, treat patients independently under the prescription of our Orthodontists in the provision of all aspects of orthodontic treatment.

Sarah joined Lincoln Orthodontics in August 2012 as part of the clinical team. As a qualified Orthodontic Therapist, Sarah treats patients independently under the prescription of both of our orthodontists in the provision of all aspects of orthodontic treatment. Prior to Sarah joining Lincoln Orthodontics in August 2012 she was a part of the dental team within the RAF for 8 years as a dental hygienist, where she won the RAF prize for Clinical Excellence in 2004. During her time with the RAF Sarah experienced overseas tours to Australia and Germany. She is married with 2 children and, in her spare time sings with the Military Wives Choir. Sarah qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist at Warwick.

Kerryl joined Lincoln Orthodontics as a dental nurse in November 2010. With over 13 years experience of the dental profession, Kerryl gained additional skills within paediatric dentistry and special needs dental clinics. Under the mentorship of Dr Clare, Kerryl has undergone extensive additional training through The Royal College of Surgeons, Leeds, to qualify as an Orthodontic Therapist.

I am a qualified Dental Hygiene Therapist, graduated from The University of Birmingham with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy with a Clinical Distinction in Dental Hygiene and Therapy in 2018. I have just relocated back home to Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire.
Additionally, I completed the West Midlands Vocational Therapy training scheme in 2019. Upon completion of the VT scheme I was awarded:
- Winner of ‘Best Coursework’
- Winner of ‘Clinical Audit’ and
- Winner of ‘Best Overall Therapist’.
I am a dedicated, passionate and caring individual. I love educating and motivating patients and helping them improve their oral hygiene. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, the gym and spending time with my family and friends.
Our orthodontic nurses play a crucial role assisting the orthodontists throughout orthodontic treatment. As orthodontics is a specialist area within dentistry, all our nurses have come to us with many years' experience and are fully registered with the GDC. In addition, many also hold extra qualifications to enable them to carry out their role within Lincoln Orthodontics. Our nurses are a lively, happy team and we hope that throughout your treatment with us you will get to know them well as they provide support and care to you during your visits.

Amy has been a part of the clinical team since July 2015. She joined Lincoln Orthodontics as a dental nurse but has since taken on the important role of Clinic Co-Ordinator. Amy is highly organised and efficient in her role ensuring the smooth running of the clinical team. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog, a golden Labrador.

Vicky joined Lincoln Orthodontics in November 2006 and reached her 10 year anniversary in November 2016. Since that time she has always been a significant member of the team. Since joining the practice Vicky has acquired an extensive knowledge of orthodontic nursing, enabling her to successfully qualify as an Orthodontic Nurse, as well as attaining her oral health educator certificate with merit. Vicky is also one of the nurses who has been trained to use our new iTero scanner.

Having worked in the dental profession for 15 years, Alison joined Lincoln Orthodontics in September 2007. She is one of the few nurses in the country who is calibrated in the use of PAR index. This is a nationally recognised qualification enabling Alison to assess the quality of our treatment finishes.

Carla has had many years of experience as a dental nurse both in Portugal and in the UK where she now resides. Since joining our clinical team in April 2016 Carla has shown a very caring nature and continues to build on her dental experience and skills. Carla is also one of the nurses who has been trained to use our new iTero scanner.

Stacey joined Lincoln Orthodontics in June 2016 with a desire to further her career as a dental nurse. She has brought with her an excellent background of experience and complements the high standards required by the practice. As well as becoming our Lead for Infection Control, Stacey is also one of our nurses who has been trained to use our new iTero scanner.

Claire has been a member of our clinical team since June 2018. Having qualified as a dental nurse in 2016 and having experienced orthodontics as a patient, Claire was keen to expand her skills and knowledge within our specialised practice. When away from work Claire enjoys walking and spending time with her family.

Keen to expand on her current skills, Megan joined Lincoln Orthodontics in October 2017. With 3.5 years experience she was keen to extend her current skills and has proved to be a very reliable dental nurse working alongside our specialist orthodontists.

Shelley joined our team in October 2017. Having moved to Lincoln in 2013 from the West Midlands, Shelley was keen to develop her career working within the specialised area of orthodontics, which she is passionate about.

Hollie joined Lincoln Orthodontics at the star t of September 2019. She has been a dental nurse for 5 years and we are very pleased to have her as part of our clinical team. Hollie loves to keep active and fit by attending a gym regularly and has recently taken up horse riding.

Julie has been with Lincoln Orthodontics since August 2019. With 28 years of experience as a dental nurse gained in general dentistry, Julie is enjoying learning about the new skills within our specialist area of orthodontics. Outside of work, Julie loves to engage in family life and walk her dogs.
Your first point of contact with the practice will be with our reception team who have a wonderfully efficient and friendly manner. We have two receptionists, a new patient co-ordinator and two treatment co-ordinators. Whether you are a new or an existing patient, our reception team will be there to help you with bookings and to make you feel welcome as you arrive for your appointments.
Ann-Marie has been with the practice since October 2007 and celebrated her 10th anniversary with us in October 2017. As our Senior Receptionist Ann-Marie's role consists of administration duties, helping with the management of our new patients and over-seeing the reception area. She has a wonderful, bubbly personality, which you will hear when talking to her on the telephone. Ann-Marie's accumulated knowledge and experience helps her to be a valuable source of information and advice to our patients.
Victoria joined us in April 2018. She enjoys spending time with our patients, making them feel at ease and guiding them through their appointments.
Previously Victoria worked for many years as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) before taking a change of career, becoming a Retail Manager in a large department store.
Her interests are her family and she loves walking with her 2 West Highland terriers.
Amanda joined the practice in September 2013 and is very friendly and approachable. She comes from a financial background where she worked for over 16 years. In her spare time Amanda enjoys amateur dramatics.
New Patient Co-ordinator
When you first make enquiries about orthodontic treatment it will be Amanda who will contact you initially and help to arrange your first appointment with one of our Treatment Co-ordinators. Amanda joined Lincoln Orthodontics in June 2015 bringing with her a wealth of admin experience. She is very friendly and highly organised and loves making contact with our potential new patients.
Your initial appointment will be with one of our Treatment Co-ordinators. It is their role to advise our patients on our range of treatments and financial options. They will guide you through those early days, providing you with information and support, to enable you to make informed decisions.
