We offer specialist braces and clear aligners for children, with prices from around £43 a month. There are no NHS waiting lists, treatment can start as soon as it’s right for your child.

Why does orthodontic treatment vary in price?
Every smile is different. Your treatment cost will depend on factors including the complexity of your orthodontic needs, the type of appliance used and whether treatment is required for one or both arches. Following your assessment, we’ll explain your treatment options and provide a clear, personalised quote before you decide whether to proceed.
Private treatment & finance options
Whether your child isn’t eligible for NHS treatment, the waiting list is simply too long, or you’d like more choice than the NHS provides, private orthodontics is a wonderful alternative, and we make it affordable. You can spread the cost with 0% interest finance over 6 to 24 months, or with 9.9% APR finance over 18 to 60 months, with no 50% deposit required. Please note that we do not provide NHS orthodontic treatment.

Clear aligner treatment at Lincoln Orthodontics costs between £2,751 and £5,275, depending on how much movement your teeth need. We'll confirm the exact clear aligner cost with a fixed-price quote at your consultation.
Angel aligners are priced within the same clear aligner band as Invisalign®, from £2,751 to £5,275 depending on your case. We'll give you an exact Angel aligner cost as part of your personalised, fixed-price treatment plan, with finance available.
Lincoln Orthodontics' prices are all-inclusive and fixed for the duration of your treatment, covering your specialist consultation, x-rays, a free 3D smile simulation, all adjustment appointments, retainers and aftercare. No. You're welcome to pay in full, but most patients spread the cost with our finance options. We'll talk you through what's available at your consultation.
Yes. We offer 0% interest finance over 6 to 24 months, with minimum loan values applying to the longer terms. For treatment spread over 18 to 60 months, we offer 9.9% APR finance.
There's no set deposit required. A deposit is optional, and paying more upfront simply reduces your monthly payments.
Yes. You can pay as large a deposit as you like to bring your monthly payments down.
Yes. Finance is available for children's treatment, taken out by a parent or guardian.
