Amy Newton

Practice Manager
GDC No. 238722

Amy joined us in July 2015. As well as being our Practice Manager, Amy is also a registered Orthodontic Nurse, which provides her with first-hand knowledge of clinical procedures and infection control. 

Amy is highly organised and efficient in her role, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and team. 

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, a golden Labrador named Alfie.

Sarah Llewellin

Orthodontic Therapist

Sarah joined Lincoln Orthodontics in August 2012 as part of the clinical team. Sarah then qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist at Warwick. Prior to joining Lincoln Orthodontics, Sarah was a part of the dental team within the RAF for 8 years as a Dental Hygienist, where she won the RAF prize for Clinical Excellence in 2004. During her time with the RAF, Sarah experienced overseas tours to Australia and Germany. Sarah is married with 2 children and, in her spare time, sings with the Military Wives Choir.

Paige Dobson

Student Orthodontic Therapist

Paige joined the team at Lincoln Orthodontics in April 2021. Paige started her dental career in 2012, and later became qualified in 2015. She has taken her skills abroad and assisted in dental practices in Australia for 2 years. She came back to the UK and moved to Lincolnshire from Leicester to focus on Orthodontics, which is the specialty she is most interested in. Under the mentorship of Dr Clare, Paige is currently undergoing her Orthodontic Therapy training at the Leeds Dental Institute.

Alison Humphreys

Lead Dental Nurse

Having worked in the dental profession for 15 years, Alison joined our team in September 2007. She is one of the few nurses in the country who is calibrated in the use of PAR index. This is a nationally recognised qualification enabling her to assess the quality of our treatment finishes.

Shelley Sim

Lead Orthodontic Nurse

GDC No. 224861

Shelley joined our team in October 2017. Having moved to Lincoln in 2013 from the West Midlands, Shelley was keen to develop her career working within the specialised area of orthodontics, which she is passionate about. Shelley has gained her qualifications in Radiography and Orthodontic Nursing. In her spare time, Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Julie Rubery

Infection Control Lead and Dental Nurse

Julie has been with Lincoln Orthodontics since August 2019. With 28 years of experience as a Dental Nurse in general dentistry, Julie has enjoyed learning about the new skills within our specialist area of orthodontics.

Outside of work, Julie loves to engage in family life and walk her dogs.

Helen Sloan

Dental Nurse/Receptionist

Helen qualified in 2012 and joined Lincoln Orthodontics in 2021 after working in another Specialist orthodontic clinic. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in orthodontics and working towards her radiography qualification.

Kacie Deakin

Dental Nurse/Receptionist

Kacie is one of our dental nurses who joined our practice as a trainee dental nurse in April 2022. She gained her National Diploma in Dental Nursing shortly after. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in orthodontics. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and tv shows along with gaming and meeting up with friends.

Hayley Tilley 

Dental Nurse/Receptionist

Hayley started dental nursing in 2010, after a break in her career to have her lovely family, she joined our practice in August 2022. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending time with friends and family, and watching her son play football.

Justyna Malolepsza 

Dental Hygienist

I qualified in Poland in 2013 as Dental Hygienist and Dental Technician.

When I first came to England I worked as Dental Nurse in the beautiful part of England-Dorset and, I also worked in a Dental Laboratory for 2 years in Somerset to gain experience.

I moved to Yorkshire in 2020 and have worked since then as a registered Dental Hygienist.

I really focus on my job to achieve the best effort. The best moment in my job is when the patient leaves the chair with a smile on their face.

In my spare time I like playing the piano as I can't live without music, and I also love walking to discover new places.

Additionally, I promote a healthy lifestyle, so I spend lots of time in the gym.

Gabriella Simon

With 15 years of experience in general dentistry, Gabriella joined the team at Lincoln Orthodontics in June 2022. Gabi helps support our Orthodontists and Orthodontic therapists here at the practice making the daily running of the clinic run efficiently.

Natalia Panasiewicz

Trainee Dental Nurse

Natalia is currently training for her Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing and has worked in dentistry since 2021. She is truly passionate about orthodontics and helping in the ability to transform people's lives.

Sabrina Perry

Sabrina joined the practice in October 2023 after working in another Specialist orthodontic clinic. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in orthodontics and working towards her radiography qualification. Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her family & dog, and is a huge fan of Harry Potter!

Ann-Marie Cox

Practice Administrator

Ann-Marie has been with the practice since October 2007. As Practice Administrator Ann-Marie's organisational skills assist our team greatly with the smooth run of the practice. Ann-Marie is one of Lincoln Orthodontics' Fire Marshals after completing a Fire Marshal course. In her spare time, Ann-Marie enjoys reading, colouring and spending time with her family.

Amanda Whitehead

Treatment Coordinator

Amanda joined the practice in September 2013 and is very friendly and approachable. She comes from a financial background where she worked for over 16 years. In her spare time Amanda enjoys amateur dramatics.

Eleanor Wilson

Treatment Coordinator

Eleanor will help get you started on your orthodontic journey and will be here to greet you at your initial consultation and answer any questions you may have. Eleanor has had previous experience working in a clinical setting, as a surgical assistant before joining our team in July 2023. Eleanor enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially going for walks with her two dogs, a pug and a chug!’

Ella Weston

New Patient Coordinator

Ella is the first point of contact for our new patient enquiries and is always on hand to help! She is highly organised and enjoys spending time talking with patients and putting them at ease. In her spare time Ella enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Vicky Ison

Lead Receptionist

Vicky joined Lincoln Orthodontics in November 2006 and has always been a significant member of the team.

Vicky is a qualified Dental Nurse and has acquired an extensive knowledge of orthodontic nursing, enabling her to qualify as an Orthodontic Nurse and attain her Oral Health Educator certificate with merit. Vicky has since moved away from dental nursing to the front desk, and will be one of the first people you meet on entering the practice.

Sophie Johnson

Receptionist

Sophie will be one of the first smiley faces you see when entering our practice, working front of house looking after all our patients. Sophie joined the practice in June 2023, and in her spare time enjoys going to festivals and on holiday
