Private & NHS referrals
Please note that Lincoln Orthodontics only accepts private referrals – we regret that we are unable to accept referrals under the NHS.
When referring a patient, we ask that you:
- Include their full details - including a contact number
- Include your name or their referring dentist's name on all correspondence
- Upload any imagery or x-rays you deem relevant
- Encourage your patient to maintain excellent oral health throughout their treatment
- Maintain regular dental and hygiene examinations with your patient
- Contact us straight away if you have any queries or concerns
